Cranston Country Nursery makes it easier for parents.

Being a working parent is hard! With your career and your children vying for your time and attention, you want to give both your best but the pressures are great. Our service is designed to reduce some of the pressure on you.

The management know from personal experience what it is like to be a working parent. With this in mind we have designed a nursery service that takes the pressure off you.

How?

We provide snacks and lunch at no extra cost, so you don’t have to worry about making a packed lunch. For a sample menu please click here.

We supply nappies and wipes at no extra cost so you don’t have to buy and carry these to and from the nursery.

Rooms

Originally a school we have lovingly renovated the building to cater for the needs of children attending the nursery. To allow you to view the nursery we have a range of virtual tours below, please click the respective link to view the virtual tour and use the navigation buttons to zoom and pan.

Our first room is for children aged approximately up to 2yrs old. Click here to view a virtual tour.

Once a child is a confident walker and is approximately 2yrs old they will move to our second room. This room is for children aged approximately 2 and 3 yrs old. Click here to view a virtual tour.

Our pre-school room is for children aged approximately 3yrs to 5yrs old and a virtual tour can be viewed byclicking here.

Additionally, we have creative areas for children under the age of 3yrs old (click here to see the creative area for younger children) and a play area for children olderer than 3yrs (click here to see the creative area for older children).

Garden

We are situated in the beautiful village of Edgehead and we have a secure area for children to play in. We will involve the children in the garden, planting and tending their vegetables and then they will prepare, cook and eat their own produce. Our rural situation will enable the children to enjoy freedom of an outside environment with little or no traffic fumes. To see a virtual tour of the garden area click here.
