Meet the Team
Creating the best emotional environment is down to our staff. Recognising the key role that staff play when it comes to quality of care, we ensure a full programme of initial training and ongoing professional development for all staff working with us and your children. We work with quality staff and offer ongoing training and support to ensure the delivery of High Quality Childcare. Each practitioner is fully qualified, or training to become qualified, and vetted before joining our nursery.
Additionally, we access external training for areas including first aid and child protection, as well as all other relevant areas. We believe in enabling staff to set and achieve greater goals not just for their own professional development, but more importantly, to allow them to develop a creative and stimulating environment for your child. The external and in-house training we provide is to enhance our staff members already considerable skills. They learn about caring for different age groups, promoting positive behaviours, development through play, and working in partnership with parents.
